This list identifies the third parties SOVRAS uses to deliver its Services and that may process Customer Data on SOVRAS’s behalf. It is the list the Data Processing Addendum refers to.

A subprocessor is a third party engaged by SOVRAS that may process Customer Data on SOVRAS’s behalf in order to deliver part of the Service: hosting, voice or language processing, storage, security or other technical functions.
With each of them SOVRAS maintains contractual obligations of confidentiality, security and data protection, and gives them only the information reasonably necessary for their function.
The list is published by function. Each provider’s identity forms part of the register SOVRAS provides to any business customer that requests it.

SOVRAS publishes its subprocessors by function. Each row states which part of the Service the third party delivers, what data it may process, and where. The register naming each provider is made available to any business customer that requests it, under the Data Processing Addendum.

Platforms the customer connects itself
When a business customer connects its own services to SOVRAS — Meta and WhatsApp Business, its ERP, its CRM, its email provider, its payment gateway or another system — those services receive and deliver information on the customer’s direct instruction and under the terms the customer agreed with them.
They are not SOVRAS subprocessors and therefore do not appear in the table above. The customer is responsible for maintaining the accounts, permissions and legal bases for the integrations it enables.
Change notice
SOVRAS will give reasonable advance notice of the addition or replacement of a subprocessor to customers subscribed to the change notice. To subscribe, write to contacto@sovras.io with the subject “Subprocessor notice” stating your organization and a contact email address.
