We are building the way companies will operate after AI.

The shift is not companies answering with artificial intelligence. It is companies learning to operate with it.

SOVRAS turns calls, messages, documents, decisions and system events into operations that actually move.

Our ambition

It does not end with one agent resolving one task.

Today we deploy agents that understand context, act on real systems, coordinate people and leave evidence through to closure.

We are preparing companies to operate with a new capability: coordinated sets of agents that take on a growing share of the business's work without separating autonomy, control and accountability.

The operational intelligence behind SOVRAS

Learning how a company operates takes looking at far more than an answer.

VARO

VARO has learned from thousands of real business conversations, operational exceptions and business outcomes. That is how it recognizes the way people speak, where work gets stuck, and what has to happen to carry it from the first interaction through to closure.

01

Thousands of call contexts analyzed.

Different voices and accents, noise, interruptions, objections, documents, decisions and outcomes are all part of the same operational context. VARO does not only understand what a person says: it understands what has to happen next.

02

Thousands of operational scenarios generated and processed.

Customer operations, internal processes, voice, rules, tools, handoffs and edge cases all become scenarios for testing how an agent should act before it is trusted with real work.

03

VARO Arena turns that experience into continuous improvement.

It combines operational scenarios, voice simulations, operational data and production evidence to continuously test, compare and improve the agents VARO coordinates.

The conviction SOVRAS came from

For years we saw the same contradiction.

Companies with good teams, good customers, good systems and good technology still depended on somebody answering a call, finding an email, remembering a follow-up or manually moving a case between departments.

A call ended in a promise. A WhatsApp became another inbox. Serving the customer meant replying, even when the operation stayed exactly where it had started.

We set out to change that.

We did not set out to build a better support queue. We wanted every interaction to actually move the company: trigger actions, change statuses, bring in people when they were needed, and prove the outcome.

“We did not found SOVRAS to put AI on top of the company that already exists.

We founded it to build the way companies are going to operate after AI.”

Our standard of truth

Trust begins with execution.

Artificial intelligence will not change companies by how well it speaks, but by how much real work they are able to trust it with.

That is why we started where the outcome leaves no room for ambiguity.

01An operation moved, or it did not.

02A payment was confirmed, or it was not.

03A quote was sent, or it was left open.

04A complaint was resolved, or it merely received a reply.

Built from real complexity

Santiago is our starting point, not the limit of our ambition.

Chile and Latin America are one of the toughest proving grounds for this new category. Here, operations live among noisy phone calls, WhatsApp, email, PDFs, spreadsheets, legacy systems, informal approvals, and people who hold entire processes together from memory.

We do not see that complexity as a limitation. We see it as the right place to build from.

A platform able to operate under these conditions is not designed for a controlled demo. It is built for business reality.

From Chile we build to the standard of the new global category, without ignoring how companies in our region actually work.

What we believe

Building for what comes next demands a different bar.

We do not add artificial intelligence as decoration. We build a real capability to act, coordinate and complete work.

01

We are not here to decorate the company that already exists.

AI should not be one more interface on top of processes that are still broken. It has to change what the organization is actually able to do.

02

We build where the work actually happens.

Calls, messages, documents, exceptions, legacy systems, ambiguous decisions and real consequences.

03

Production is our standard of truth.

A demo can look intelligent. Inside a company what matters is whether the operation moved, respected the rules and left evidence behind.

04

Our ambition does not end in our home market.

We learn from the complexity of Chile and Latin America, but we build to a global standard. We intend to help define this category.

The future we are building

People and agents working toward the same objectives.

The companies of the future will not be made up only of people using software.

Some agents will handle interactions. Others will research, coordinate, execute, verify or recover operations. All of them will have to work under the company's rules and answer for their results.

SOVRAS is building the infrastructure for that transition to happen without organizations losing control of their business.

We started by closing operations because that is where trust begins.

The destination is to change the way companies operate: people and a coordinated force of agents working toward the same objectives.

The transition starts with one real operation

Let's build the first capability your company can trust an agent with.

We start with the work that today is left open between channels, people and systems, and carry it through to a verifiable outcome.
