After-sales resolved before it becomes a complaint.

A request can start on a call, continue on WhatsApp and end in an ERP. The customer changes channel; the case has to keep identity, context and next action through to the result.

A customer calls about a late order. During the conversation they confirm who they are, explain what happened and agree on a replacement. The call ends, and the work is just starting: validate the policy, confirm inventory, coordinate the courier, update the order and verify that the new delivery happened.

When each channel keeps only its own interaction, the customer and the teams are left to rebuild the story. The recording stays in telephony, the message in WhatsApp, the order in the ERP and the decision in one person's email. The company answered; the operation lost its thread.

The case belongs to the work, not to the channel

Voice is a first-class operational channel at SOVRAS. It carries intent, urgency, interruptions and nuance that a form leaves out. Voice is the way in, and the work runs wider. The real unit is the Case: identity, history, documents, current state, permissions and next action gathered around the same objective.

So a call can open the case, WhatsApp can bring in a photo, a courier event can change the state and a supervisor can approve an exception. The operation carries on through every change of channel or owner.

The call can end. The Case continues until the result can be verified.

Coordinating is a different job from answering

VARO coordinates execution on that Case. It recovers the context, works out which agent or tool should act, checks the company's rules and holds the state while the work crosses systems and teams. The ERP, the courier and the person who decides an exception all stay in place, held within a single operational path.

In after-sales, that path can include identifying the order, validating the warranty, requesting evidence, creating the replacement, coordinating the pickup and resuming the case after a human approval. In another industry it can start from an internal document or a system event. The principle holds; the operation defines the channel, the rules and the capabilities it needs.

Closing happens in the business

A correct answer leaves the work where it was. Closing appears when the system has changed state, there is an owner, the action left evidence and the expected result was verified. An order created, a pickup confirmed or a refund reconciled are observable changes; an intention stated by the agent is talk.

That is why agents deployed on SOVRAS work with Policy, governed tools, human review and evidence. Autonomy is measured by how much work they completed correctly while keeping control and accountability, rather than by how long they ran without a person.

After-sales is one concrete way to see it, and the platform reaches further: the same platform can carry customer-facing operations, internal work or system events, and coordinate different agents toward shared business objectives.
