Documents that move on their own.

A PDF, a photo or a receipt earns its value when it changes the state of an operation. The document brings context; the Case organizes the work that has to happen next.

A warranty can start with a receipt. A claim, with photos. A quote, with a product list. A work order, with a field report. Documents show up in almost every operation, and on their own they rarely hold everything needed to decide or act.

When the file sits alone in an inbox, a folder or a conversation, someone has to remember what it stands for, who it belongs to and what is missing. The pending work lives in the connection the company has yet to build between that document and the operation, rather than inside the PDF.

The document becomes context

Agents can pull entities, dates, amounts, products or evidence out of emails, PDFs and images. That reading earns operational value once it connects to the right account, the history, the policies and the current state. Business Graph organizes those relationships while the document stays part of the operation rather than a commercial category of its own.

The same receipt can mean different things depending on the Case: proving a payment, validating a warranty or completing a claim. So interpretation runs past classifying the file. It weighs who sent it, for which operation, under which rules and which action it unlocks.

A document becomes useful the moment it stops being a file and becomes part of a decision.

The next action keeps the case alive

VARO uses that context to coordinate what has to happen next: request a missing record, query a system, apply a policy, call a tool or ask for human review. The document stays attached to the same Case as owners, channels and stages change.

Evidence also carries its provenance. Which document was used, which version was current, which data was extracted and which decision it enabled are all part of Proof. If an action changes a system, Outcome Verification checks the resulting state before the case is called resolved.

A capability that runs across the business

Documents is a capability that shows up wherever the work calls for it: sales, after-sales, insurance, collections, field service and internal processes of an entirely different shape. Some operations will start with a call or a system event and take in documents later; others will start from the file.

Each one is free to take its own path. The platform holds the identity, the context, the authority and the evidence needed for different agents and people to move the right work forward.
