A request can arrive by email, PDF, WhatsApp or voice. The order is won when price, stock, rules, approval and follow-up move as one operation.

A customer needs 120 units. They send a list as a PDF, ask on WhatsApp or call the sales team directly. On the other side, someone has to identify the account and the products, check stock, pull up their terms, apply the discount policy, request an approval and put the proposal together. And then it still has to be followed until it becomes an order.
The quote goes cold when every piece lives somewhere else: the requirement in a document, the price in a commercial master file, the inventory in the ERP, the customer relationship in the CRM and the authorization in one person's inbox. Generating the PDF is the easy part; the work is holding the case together as it crosses all those decisions.
A request opens an operation
At SOVRAS, Agent Studio designs agents from the company's real objectives, rules, documents, tools and limits. The work goes beyond teaching a sales reply: you define how a request is recognized, which sources to consult, which actions are allowed, when a person steps in and what evidence will show the work moved.
The same input can come from a customer, from a sales rep or from a system event. Once it becomes a Case, the request holds on to the account, the products, the documents, the history and the objective. From there VARO coordinates the next action, leaving the operation free of the channel that started it.
A slow quote is a matter of revenue, rather than of service. It is an order that went to a competitor while the case waited on a number or an approval.
Speed with authority
An agent can pull account context from Business Graph, check stock and price through governed tools and prepare a proposal. The ability to act comes with defined authority: Policy weighs amount, discount, risk, identity and the state of the Case before allowing an action that has an effect.
When policy calls for human judgment, the case arrives for review with the proposal, the exception, the alternatives and the pending decision. The person decides with the full context instead of rebuilding the request. VARO then resumes execution from that same point.
The order is the proof
Sending a quote shows activity; a complete commercial operation keeps the case alive until the result is observable:
- Structured request, with account, products, quantities and associated documents.
- Verified terms, against the company's current systems and rules.
- Decision recorded, automatic or human according to the authority defined.
- Quote followed, with state, owner and next action.
- Order confirmed, created without duplication and reflected in CRM or ERP.
Opportunity Closing is one of the first blueprints for watching the platform at work. It is a starting point: the same ability to design, coordinate, govern and verify agents applies to other enterprise operations, with different rules and systems.
