Information you choose to give us

When you email us or send a demo request, we receive your name, company, email address and whatever context you choose to include. The form passes this data to the SOVRAS team so we can prepare the conversation.

Technical data

The providers that make it possible to publish and protect the site may process technical data from a web request, such as IP address, date, browser, requested URL and security logs.

Cookie preferences

We store your choice about necessary cookies and optional categories in your browser. The site does not currently use any analytics or advertising tools.

What we use the data for

To answer enquiries and requests you initiate.
To assess a commercial conversation or a possible pilot.
To operate, protect and diagnose the site.
To remember and respect your cookie preferences.
To meet legal obligations where they apply.

We do not sell personal data obtained through this website.

Providers and transfers

The site uses hosting, content delivery and email infrastructure. These providers may process technical data in Chile or in other countries in order to deliver their services.

If an optional tool requiring consent is added, it must stay blocked until you authorize it from your cookie preferences.

Retention

We keep data only for as long as is needed to reply, maintain a business relationship, operate the site or meet applicable obligations. The cookie that remembers your preferences lasts up to 12 months, unless you delete it sooner from your browser.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or object to the processing of your data, as applicable. You may also withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out.
